Many buyers have a Radon test completed during the real estate transaction, to understand the exposure levels they may be faced with in their new home. Should the levels be above EPA guideline levels and mitigation is recommended, you have an opportunity to negotiate with the seller to share in the cost of the mitigation system. To help with this additional cost, Scott Home Inspection will discount the normal Radon test fee by $25 off our standard price, when performed in conjunction with a home inspection.
